You'll take the great things that birds love to build nest with and stuff it all into a 3" rattan ball. Complete it with hanger and tassel and beads. (2 hours)
CEMENT LEAVES (June-September)
Class limited to six chicks. Using real leaves from hosta, rubbarb and cabbage you will add cement to the back-side of the leaf to form a replica. You will leave class with two medium leaves and several small.
It takes 3 classes: first for packing cement, two days later for removing the leaves and then one week later for painting and sealing. (Friday night, Sunday afternoon and then following Sunday) I will share my secret of reflective paint and sealant and send you home with instructions so you can continue to make your own leaves.
